1How long will it take to receive my order?
I currently ship products once a week on Fridays due to current public health and safety reasons. Orders placed after Thursday evening will likely be shipped out the week after. Domestic shipments take 3-5 business days, and international shipments take 5-10 business days.
2Where do you ship to and how much does it cost?
All U.S. shipments are free and international shipping is a flat fee of $5. Non-print products will only ship domestically due to expensive international shipping.
3What is your return and exchange policy?
If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact me and I am happy to replace it for you. All other sales are final as shipping prints back and forth will increase chances of damage.
4Will an out of stock item be back in stock?
Most items will be back in stock in a few weeks, while a few items will be discontinued. If you have a specific request, please contact me and I can add it to my next print order.
5Is your art done by hand or digital?
All original artworks are drawn by hand using ink and markers. Colors are digitally painted on iPad Pro with an apple pencil. Prints are created with highest resolution quality to insure that it looks close to the original art.
6How do you make your donations?
Various charitable efforts and percentages will be written in special projects, newsletters, and announced on social media. Donations are done privately after sale period to the nonprofits. If you have any further questions feel free to send me an email at kindnessuntamed@gmail.com.
7Do you offer any giveaways?
Yes! Occasionally I do giveaways on my social media accounts. Give them a follow to keep up to date. I am on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook all under the handle @kindnessuntamed.
