The World – Kindness Untamed

The World

The World is the twenty-second, and final, card in the Major Arcana. The journey is complete. The World represents total fulfillment and a sense of wholeness. Although at other times, endings have felt difficult or painful, the World brings about closure and, with it, a feeling of satisfaction. This is the time to reflect on your journey, to embrace your mistakes without regret, and celebrate what you have achieved. If the card is reversed, you may still be seeking that sense of closure. Do not give up - you are on the very cusp of something great. Regardless of whether the cycle is complete, or whether you need to take that final step, the World is your permission to acknowledge and celebrate your journey and the person you have become.

Emily as The World

As the showrunner of Wynonna Earp, Emily took the world created in the comics and brought it to life. Without her, the journey wouldn’t exist. Through the development of several, relatable characters, fans have been able to see themselves represented in ways that they may have never seen before. The World card reversed can be strongly represented by the ‘Fight For Wynonna’ to continue the show and everyone’s fear that it might have been left incomplete. In the word’s of Emily, “we’re not going, we’re staying,” at least until the world is complete.
